Terms
1. What this is
A small, free, personal friendship-introduction website run by one person, Sami (a pen name), with the help of an AI assistant. No dating or romance. We can't promise you an introduction or a friend.
2. 18+ only
You must be 18 or older. Lying about your age means a permanent ban.
3. Be real
Use your own name and your real city. One account each. No fake profiles.
4. Rules (zero tolerance)
- No romantic or sexual approaches.
- No sex work, "arrangements" or escorting.
- No asking for or offering money, loans, gifts, investments or crypto.
- No selling, MLM, recruiting, "business opportunities", affiliate links or promotion.
- No hate, extremism or harassment.
- No sharing another member's details without their consent.
- No recording or publishing private conversations.
- Nothing illegal.
5. Introductions
Introductions are suggested by Sami's AI assistant and happen only when both people say yes. Either person can stop at any time, without giving a reason.
6. Meeting in person
Meeting is your choice and your responsibility. Please read the Safety page. We do not run criminal background checks.
7. Not therapy
This is not therapy, medical advice or a crisis service. In danger? Call your local emergency number or see Help now.
8. The AI
Sami's AI assistant is software. It can make mistakes. It always says it is an AI and never signs as Sami.
9. Money
Sami will never ask you for money privately. If paid extras ever arrive, prices will be on a published page first. If anyone claiming to be Sami asks you for money, report it.
10. Removal
We can refuse, pause or remove anyone. We'll try to say why, unless that would put someone at risk.
11. Liability
This is a free service, provided "as is". Sami's AI assistant reads every letter and checks every introduction, but we can't verify everything people tell us. You decide whether to meet anyone, and you are responsible for your own safety. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law, including your consumer rights where you live.
12. Your words
What you write stays yours. You let us use it only to run this service.
13. Leaving
You can leave and delete your data at any time.
14. Problems and disputes
If something goes wrong, please write to sami@bemyfriendai.com first. We'll try to sort it out within 30 days. Nothing here takes away your right to go to the courts or the authorities where you live.
15. Changes
If these terms change, the new version and date will be shown here, and we'll email members about big changes.
