Reports always go to Sami, a person. We aim to look at every report within 24 hours. If it's about money, pressure, harassment, someone under 18, a threat, selling or a fake person, that person's introductions are paused straight away while we look. We won't tell them who reported them.

Someone claiming to be Sami asked you for money? That's a scam. Sami never asks anyone for money.

You can also email sami@bemyfriendai.com with REPORT in the subject.
