Want to talk to someone now?

Find a free, confidential helpline in your country: findahelpline.com. It lists checked services country by country.
US: call or text 988.
UK and Ireland: Samaritans, 116 123.

You don't have to explain everything. You can just say "I'm not okay."

This website is about friendship. It is not a crisis service, and an AI is not the right helper when things feel urgent. Please talk to a helpline or emergency service first.
